iOS15's launch was announced by Apple back in June, and since then, details about the upcoming operating system have been released.
In the latest leak about the OS, a Reddit user stated that iOS15 Beta could auto-remove lens flares on iPhones when post-processing a photo.
iOS15 May Remove Flares on Photos
Halide developers shared the finding that was posted on Reddit on Twitter.
Attached to the tweet is a picture taken in a grass field with the sun appearing. Landscape pictures are known to have a bit of lens flare, especially when there is direct sunlight.
According to the Reddit user, the latest iPhone models such as the iPhone XS and iPhone 12 will have a post-process feature to remove lens flares in pictures.

However, it is not confirmed whether older models of iPhones will be equipped with this feature. Most of the features of iOS15 are exclusive to newer phones and those with A12 Bionic, according to 9to5Mac.
Aside from removing flares, the Apple iOS15 operating system is also rumored to have the ability to bring voice isolation microphone adjustments and portrait video mode on other third-party apps and not just on FaceTime.
When you are on a call, you can turn on the Portrait mode under Video Effects. The mode will isolate your face and body, applying a blurry background to everything else in the frame. It is similar to taking a Portrait photo using the Camera app.
Beta Testing Program
In July, the tech giant also introduced the Beta Software Program for all users who want to test out the iOS15, iPadOS 15, tvOS 15, macOS 12, and watchOS 8.
The tech giant has reportedly sent emails to users subscribed to the beta program to test out the latest betas before their respective release dates.
Testing the public betas is the best way for iPhone users to know all upcoming changes and the latest features. It is also the best way for Apple to know if there are any bugs in the iOS15 updates to fix them immediately.
With iOS15, macOS12, and iPadOS 15, the company is releasing a new SharePlay feature for its FaceTime app. It will also come with a new "Shared with You" section and a new Focus mode which can help users focus on what is on their screen.
All of the operating systems are also going to be updated on Safari, according to The Verge.
As for watchOS 8, there will be more exercises, new apps for the "Find My Network" tab, and updates to the "Always on Display" tab.
The tvOS 15 will have Spatial Audio support to the Apple TV+ shows while wearing AirPods. There will also be stereo speakers support for HomePod mini.
Even when Apple launches iOS15, macOS 12, iPadOS 15, watchOS 8, and tvOS 15, subscribers of the Apple Beta Software Program will still be enrolled. They can continue to try for the upcoming updates to the company's software like iOS 15.1 and more.
The iOS15 operating system is set to be released in September, while the macOS 12 will be released in mid-September or October.
