The popular browser's new capabilities are currently available on the latest iOS 15 and macOS Monterey. Thanks to these new features, Apple was able to redesign Safari with easier-to-reach controls completely.

On the other hand, the giant manufacturer explained that the Tab Bar feature will float at the bottom of the screen when you are not inputting a URL address. Aside from this capability, Safari also received macOS Big Sur's Start Page feature.

According to Mac Rumors' latest report, Apple Safari's new Tab Groups feature is specifically designed to help users organize their tabs more efficiently.

The new Tab Groups offers a long-press button that would allow you to make one tab group. Once they press it, they can easily organize and manage various tabs together.

Aside from this, iOS 15 and macOS Monterey users can also use the new Safari feature to switch between tabs without having a messy toolbar. If you want to use it, here's a simple guide on renaming, creating, showing all tabs, and deleting your Tab Groups.

Tab Groups' Quick Guide

Olt News provided some simple steps on how you can use the new Safari Tab Groups feature. These quick guides will help you perform various tasks offered by the popular browser's new capability:

Creating New Tab Groups

  1. The first thing you need to do is open your Safari browser.
  2. After that, you can now the toolbar menu icon, which is located on the top corner left.
  3. Tab on the New Group option of the empty tabs.

Renaming Tab Groups

  1. First, you must tap the Show sidebar icon.
  2. Right-click (or Ctrl-click) on the tab group you want to rename.
  3. Tap on Rename.
  4. Type it Last name you want to use.

Showing All Tab Groups

  1. Click it Show sidebar icon.
  2. Click it search tab group on the desired tab group. It is the icon with the four squares.


Deleting Tab Groups

  1. Tap the Show sidebar icon.
  2. Right-click (or Ctrl-click) on the tab group you want to rename.
  3. Once you are done with that, all you need to do is click on the Wipe Off option.
