Old modes are brought back and multiplayer maps are introduced continuing the theme of the Cold War.
What to Expect on the Update?

Warzone's July 14 will come with an all-new Zombies experience within the mode itself and a new objective mode, Payload, alongside other meta changes.
"Black Ops Cold War" Multiplayer will have new classic maps added to the rotation together with even more Zombies content launching simultaneously with "Mauer Der Toten."
"Mauer Der Toten" is the next installment in the beloved Dark Aether story where you and your crew will witness and experience an epic battle against the undead ghouls in a divided city.
'Mauer Der Toten' Details

'Warzone' Updates
"Call of Duty: Warzone" will be getting two close-quarter weapons in its arsenal.
The OTs 9 SMG is a full-auto submachine gun with effective firepower when used at close range with good firing visibility. It has small recoil, which makes it easier to control but the drawback is a small magazine capacity.
The second weapon is of the melee variety, the Mace. An iconic instrument that was used in real-world wars and fights. Consisting of a dozen blades with a blunt instrument that can also be used in "Black Ops Cold War."
The newest operator joining the fray is from Requiem HQ, Grigori Weaver.
Weaver will be under NATO playable operators together with an all-new Tracer Pack: Weaver Operator Bundle when season four goes live.
Payload is the newest objective-based mode inspired by the previous "Call of Duty" titles like "Call of Duty: WWII" War Mode.
Payload is a 20 v 20 race against time to gather intel as vehicles carry parts of a satellite that could potentially shift the balance of war between NATO and Perseus.
