"Persona" series has already gathered popularity for the past years through its five-game installment. Together with several spin-offs created by Atlus, its video game developer, various features have been introduced to the game.
Soon, the famous role-playing game which was once a "Shin Megami Tensei" sub-franchise will now arrive on mobile devices under its "Code Name:X," which is later deciphered to be "Persona 5X" title.
'Persona' Title Now Unlocked Through a Binary Code

According to a report by Gematsu, Chinese video game publisher, Perfect World Games has unveiled the upcoming title, "Code Name:X" as a potential title of one of the most widely-known Japanese video game series which amassed more than 10 million global copies.
At that time, the developer did not give any hint about the series. However, the speculations about the game only grew unexpectedly when the music, theme, and the names of the files for its artwork were revealed.

While the game is only known as CODE NAME: X, it is very clearly a mobile game based on the Persona IP.

More importantly, the artwork is described as the "P5" which leads others to think that it is actually "Persona 5" in disguise. Meanwhile, the update unlocked that the trailer of the upcoming game was related to a binary code and it generated a conclusion of having "Persona 5X" as the game title.
The front series, "Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation Dx2" has already hit its mobile version iOS and Android in 2018.
However, "Persona" fans have been waiting for the official game to debut on the same platform, and yet this time, they could soon find a more portable device.

'Persona' Trailer Now Out for Viewing
For the teaser trailer, the location leads to Shibuya Scramble Crossing where a mysterious figure was caught standing on the building's roof, IGN reported on Wednesday, Apr. 14.
There is also somehow a hacker in the shape of a woman. After that, the alarms get triggered in the Crossing while the figure sprints along with the location.
If you closely pay attention to the trailer's music, you might hear some throwback of Shoji Meguro's art in the background. The video later ends with the name entitled "Code Name:X."
Brief History About 'Persona's' Developer
If you have previously played "Star Trek Online," Battle of the Immortals," and "Torchlight," you have already encountered Perfect World Games, a China-based video game publisher.
Furthermore, the said game developer is also the one that has distributed notable western games such as "Defense of the Ancients (DOTA) 2" and "Counter-Strike: Global Offense in China.
Presently, it has also been known to be the one responsible in the "Magic: Legends," the spinoff of "Magic: The Gathering MMO spinoff.
Since the main office of the company is in China, the upcoming mobile version of "Persona" is expected to come out first in the country before launching the global release of the game.
In a press conference, the Chinese video game developer also stated that it has more than 30 Japanese IP-based game titles which include the "Million Arthur" series and "One Punch Man."
