iCloud is having a system issue as of writing. The new bug affects Apple's online storage service. This is currently a major issue since it is not allowing the users to access a shortcut file from other people.
According to 9To5Mac's latest report, Apple's latest system issue causes the Shortcuts app to throw an error message when opening a shared shortcut. The error message says "Shortcut Not Found."
Right now, iCloud users are sharing their experiences on Twitter. These include Federico Viticci, the founder and chief editor of MacStories.
"The entire @macstoriesnet Shortcuts Archive has broken links right now. None of the links to my hundreds of shortcuts are working anymore," he said via his official Twitter account. "I seriously hope Apple has a quick fix for this."
How serious is the new iCloud issue?
The iCloud shortcut sharing is specifically created to make it easy for Apple developers and other creators to share their shortcuts to readers and followers. Apple explained that users could create an iCloud sharing link using the Shortcuts app.

After that, they can share the link with the other users, allowing those people to add it to their Shortcuts library. But, the new iCloud bug is currently preventing the Shortcut app's main function, which is essential for the users.
Although this is the case, analysts and other iCloud users confirmed that the shortcut links saved on their Shortcuts app are still functioning properly. This means that the current issue only affects the newly added links.
Possible fixes
As of the moment, Apple hasn't released any update yet if there will be an patch that would fix the issue. However, a Reddit post revealed a possible way that users can use to fix the issue.
