The popular Cupertino giant and most valuable tech company are known for being secretive and maintaining their releases until they unveil the device, which is why rumors and leaks are always flooding their names. Now, another massive rumor for its upcoming desktop PC is erupting, and this time, it is the rumor of the M1 arriving at the computer.

Since the cat is out of the bag, speculators have been pushing the availability and possibility that the iMac desktop PC would now come with the ultra-powerful ARM-based silicon all-in-one processor from Apple. The M1 combines the CPU, Graphics card (GPU), Memory (RAM), Storage controls (SSD), and other main functions of a computer.

With this, the new iMac would ditch the curved back design and opt for the slimmer and flat computer body that houses all of its components inside its shell, featuring a lighter and sleeker body once it releases. The codenames of these new iMacs are J456 and J457, and these are references to the 21.5-inch and 27-inch size of its monitors.

iMac with M1, Is It Coming?

The new iMac was rumored to debut an almost bezel-less body to maximize the display and debut one of the most powerful iMacs coming to the public with its M1 Silicon chip. Moreover, Apple would upgrade the computer's cores, which would probably double its engines to support a more powerful processor compared to the M1 MacBooks and Intel iMacs.

Currently, there are still no announcements from Apple if this would come to fruition, and all of these are still based on speculations.
