miHoYo has recently issued a warning on its Twitter account, asking leakers and insiders to refrain from releasing game content particularly with "Genshin Impact" version 1.5 to the public or repercussions will come. The gaming developer and publisher is taking spoilers seriously and wants them out of the gaming community and uphold a healthy culture.

Most top-grossing games in the industry are bombarded by leakers and speculators that investigate and look at various exclusive content to showcase it to the public and other fans of the game. Titles such as "Call of Duty," "Fortnite," "World of Warcraft," and the like are plagued by leaks as much as the popular action role-playing game (RPG) "Genshin Impact."

Most leaks are discouraged, particularly as some disrupt gaming, spoils the fun, and takes away developers' opportunity to break the news themselves, which defeats their purpose as the creators. Additionally, while leaks keep a gaming community up-to-date and spices up the platform, it is something that miHoYo does not want with "Genshin Impact."

"Genshin Impact" version 1.4 was recently released by the company, following their six-week update schedule that brings massive opportunities and content for gamers to enjoy with the open-world game. However, despite being early with the period of the update's release, "Genshin Impact" is already seeing early leaks for update 1.5.

According to Paimon or Genshin Impact's Official Twitter Account (@GenshinImpact), the company has already discovered the massive dissemination of version 1.5's early leaks from leakers and insiders. The company discouraged this in their tweet, saying that it takes away the fun and excitement among the community of "Travellers."

Moreover, the leaks lead to "misconceptions" on the game, particularly as it could be inaccurate and may have its community clamoring for the specific leak, and ultimately gets disappointed if it does not deliver. miHoYo is now asking the public to "resist" these leaks and stop them from circulating different forums or platforms.

miHoYo Warns of Legal Actions Against Leaks

miHoYo then furthers to say that they would be forced to take actions against these "illegal disclosures" from leakers, pointing out lawsuits and claims to fight against the content's unlawful leaks. "Genshin Impact" is almost seven months old, and it has already amassed a massive number of gamers to the game, with insiders flocking to bring new content.

The game developers want to maintain the "healthy gaming culture" within the RPG open world, particularly in letting gamers enjoy the company's current offers and awaiting its future releases. Moreover, miHoYo does not want to spoil the fun and excitement for gamers, as leaks circulate and lead people to various misconceptions of "Genshin Impact."
