The demand for a PS5 model has surely been a feisty one. In fact, most of the stores only lasts within one hour before all stocks are no longer available.

When ordering in Direct Playstation
If you're ordering in Playstation page itself, here are the information you need.
Sony delivers anywhere within the United States. Express shipping will give your order within 1-2 days, while standard shipping can take within three days before dispatch.
If you're located in Hawaii, or Alaska, there might be additional 1-2 days for delivery of items.

Track order
If you want to track your order, just get your tracking number--from the email sent by Playstation. Go to your order details and select track my order. As per Sony, it is impossible for tracker to not receive any updates within 24 hours, so check it from time to time.
Cancellations
Items may be eligible for return within 30 days of shipping, however PS Plus and PS Now vouchers are not refundable. If your order was not processed, just click on Order Status and fill in required details.
Other stores delivery
