Apple Music and iTunes Down, But System Status Still Show 'All Services Operating'

Apple Music and iTunes are currently facing issues across the United States. Users are complaining that they are currently having streaming issues when they try to use the two apps.

According to iMore's latest report, Downdetector identified that larges surges of reports, with users reporting issues commonly with streaming. The affected people are also facing problems with the Apple Music Website and log-in.

What Apple's System status says

The tech giant's System Status states that "all services are operating normally." However, if you will search iTunes on Downdetector, the website says that there are "possible problems at iTunes." On the other hand, the website also confirmed that Apple Music has problems. The surge began at around 6:00 am in the morning this Feb 3.

Downdetector also divided the issues that users are currently facing; 4% for Website problems, 8% for log-in issues, and 87% for Music streaming problems.

On the other hand, the website also found that users in the United Kingdom and Canada are also having the same network interference, and most of the issues are related to downloading songs. Although this is the case, sources said that the current network error doesn't affect users' downloaded songs or local libraries.
