Elon Musk Says Tesla Gigafactory Berlin Would Be Filled with Graffiti Art! Watch it Almost Complete

Elon Musk has shared aerial video footage of the Tesla Gigafactory Berlin's progress before he went "off of Twitter," which shows that it is almost complete with massive buildings already covering the complex. Moreover, the CEO jokingly said that it would be filled with "Graffiti Art" around the building's white exterior, but it may not be much of a joke, coming from Musk.

One of the world's top electric vehicle manufacturer and clean energy company, Tesla, would soon have a European powerhouse factory to produce for the EU region and for the world's need for the Model Y. Initially, the Tesla Model Y is the only planned electric vehicle that would be created in Gigafactory Berlin, along with new battery cells.

The Gigafactory Berlin was initially conceived several years ago, with the COVID-19 pandemic getting in the way for the start of its production, slowing down the target opening date of the manufacturing plant. Elon Musk visited the German site last September 2020, before it has unveiled several key products on the awaited September 24 Battery Day last year.

Tesla Gigafactory is Almost Complete in Aerial Progress Video

The Tesla and SpaceX CEO has shown an aerial progress video of the Gigafactory Berlin's erection in Grünheide, Brandenburg, Germany, which is on the southeast corner of the German capital city. Elon Musk showed how much the production of the plant has changed since the last major showcase of the Gigafactory almost six months ago.

On Elon Musk's September visit, the Gigafactory Berlin is almost like a bare production site that still has soil see in the background, along with massive trucks that still excavate the place to put the posts. Basically, the almost half-a-year production on working on Gigafactory Berlin has fast-tracked its progress from a bare site to a legitimate factory.

The drone shot from Elon Musk showcases the three buildings that are built next to each other, all having a white color and already captures the exterior as seen on initial blueprints and plans of the factory. The Gigafactory Berlin is Tesla's first major branch out to the European region, despite the many electric vehicle companies that already markets there.

Tesla Gigafactory Berlin Would Have 'Graffiti Art'

Apart from the popular Gigafactory Berlin showcased by the Tesla CEO, Musk added that the plant would be filled with "graffiti art" as design to the German plant, in a neutral tone. It could not be discerned whether the CEO could be serious or joking with the graffiti art, but Elon Musk has publicized this on his Twitter account, meaning that people would be waiting for the design.
