Every "Genshin Impact" fan is highly anticipating the arrival of update 1.3, which brings tons of new content to the game, including some updates and changes in the game, as well as new characters that players get a chance of getting from Wishes.
More Fragile Resin Coming
Among the changes that will come to miHoYo's open-world RPG is the chance to get more Original Resin in the form of Fragile Resin, which will be distributed throughout the free and premium battle pass.
According to GameRant, the developer has been keen on improving its Resin "economy," which is an essential resource in the game.
For example, miHoYo has decided that major events will no longer cost any Resin, much to the excitement of the fans as they can save up their Resin for other challenges where they can acquire more rewards.
With the arrival of "Genshin Impact" version 1.3, players will get five Fragile Resin, which they can acquire when they reach levels 5, 15, 25, 35, and 45 on the battle pass.
If you have the $10 Gnostic Hymn pass, you should gain an extra Fragile Resin when you hit level 10, which replaces the blue crystals that you would normally obtain during that level--but don't worry, the same number of crystals will be given to every "Genshin Impact" player throughout the battle pass.
Remember, a Fragile Resin is worth 60 Original Resin.

Controller Support for 'Genshin Impact' Version 1.3
Another update coming with update 1.3 is the controller support for both Android and Apple devices, which is perhaps long overdue.
In a report by TouchArcade, the pre-installation for the updates with the instructions on how the controller support will work will be coming to iOS and Android soon, which means you can soon use your iPad or iPhone with an updated iOS 14 together with an Xbox or PS4 controller.
Moreover, there seems to be partial support for MFi controllers.
Featured Characters and Inazuma
When it comes to the characters, miHoYo has remained rather silent despite the ongoing rumors of additional characters that "Genshin Impact" fans can get through Wishes, such as Hu Tao and Ayaka.
Even before version 1.2 arrived, some have been saying that Xiao will be the Banner character for version 1.3, but that remains unconfirmed, albeit often proven true when looking at past rumors.
Although there are tons of rumors, it appears like miHoYo has confirmed some changes to Zhongli's stats, plus the Geo element will also have some changes when "Genshin Impact" gets its latest update, meaning every Geo users will be affected.
But will these be good or bad changes? As of now, no one is really certain.
What most people are most certain of is that the Inazuma area won't be available on "Genshin Impact" version 1.3 yet, so we might have to wait quite a while for the next version and see if the area will finally be unlocked.
Version 1.3 will be released in early February 2021, with many believing it will launch on February 3, given miHoYo's pattern of releasing an update every six weeks, but we'll have to wait for the confirmation.
