Best 'Cyberpunk 2077' mods to enhance game experience

According to PC Gamer, some players are now leveling up the game and making Cyberpunk 2077 mods. While there are still no groundbreaking mods yet in less than a month since the game's launch, here are few mods that are helpful in boosting the PC gaming experience.

Although these mods are not yet officially backed by CD Projekt, it is still not clear how they can affect the saved games and game files, so players may choose to mod Cyberpunk 2077 at their own risk. Here are five best "Cyberpunk 2077" weapon mods we found so far.

E to Interact

The E to Interact mod fixes the way players interact. In "Cyberpunk 2077," players press F to interact, which unfortunately cannot be reset. Using this mod, players can now interact by pressing E as well as walk using the V key to have a more immersive movement.

Field of View Slider

This Better Field of View Slider provides players with more options. While "Cyberpunk 2077" already has an FOV slider, this mod offers a new minimum FOV of 30 as well as a maximum FOV of 150.

Vehicle handling

Although driving around the Night City may feel quite sluggish as bikes and cars are not that responsive when you're driving through, the better vehicle handling mod offers some tweaks to the game, so driving will feel more satisfying, even when taking a tight corner at high speeds.

Saveswitcher 2 (Profile Manager)

The Saveswitcher 2 (Profile Manager) mod backs up the saved games just like The Witcher 3 mod made by the modder. It works both for GoG and Steam "Cyberpunk 2077" versions. Aside from this great idea, this profile manager mod also organizes the saves for different user profiles, which makes it easier to decipher which save belongs to each user.

Reshades
While"Cyberpunk 2077's" Reshades are not really mods, they are still a good way to enhance the game's visuals. Players can find several Reshades in this link while there are others that replicate "True HDR," which adjusts colors, shadows, and sharpness to make the game looks more photorealistic.

While there are still not much mods to choose from, the ones on this list is a great sign that the "Cyberpunk 2077" community is already exploring ways to enhance the gaming experience and the game as a whole. However, before installing any mod, we highly recommend to read users comments on each mod to get an overview of how reliable the mod is. This will also give insight of the potential issues that can be expected after installing the mod.
