Tesla has launched another set of a refresh for the Model 3 electric vehicle for the new year, now focusing on its looks, heated steering wheel, and other massive upgrades for the car that is manufactured in China. Reports say that the new Model 3 2021 is close to its mid-size SUV counterpart, the Model Y, which is also set for its latest release this year.
One of the most popular electric vehicle manufacturers and clean energy company, Tesla, is gearing up for 2021 with bigger and better EV releases after its massive success in the past year. The company has set its sights on its current electric car lineup instead of giving innovations and "Models" to the public, starting with the Model 3.
According to Electrek, Tesla's Model 3 has been through a series of refresh and redesigns in recent times, as October 2020's initial designs are not yet finished and have continued to 2021. New features are dawning on the electric vehicle, which is one of Tesla's most iconic units in the world, also one of the top sellers from the car company.

Tesla Model 3 2021 Refresh
The Model 3 2021 Refresh is a long-awaited one from the company, as it initially focused on other variants in its electric vehicle lineup. The rumors and speculations have released in October 2020, which promised new steering wheel designs and the center console.
However, it was not the only focus of Tesla as it took into account the other needs of the EV, complete with the heat pump and other components that screams for a much-needed upgrade. The company has delivered well on that, featuring most of the Model 3's criticism and wishes from its current drivers.
Tesla Model 3 2021 New Features
The rumors are confirmed to have a redesigned steering wheel that now has heating and a design that follows the Model Y's chrome deletes.
Double-paned windows, a lifting tailgate, a new center console design, a heat pump, and a new battery that has a larger capacity were fitted in the Model 3, resembling the new additions to the Model Y.
Tesla Model 3 and Model Y: China Factory First to See and Produce
The Model Y and Model 3 redesign has been forwarded to Tesla's Gigafactory Shanghai, which is a massive plant that is concerned with the company's latest innovations and production. Initially, it was discovered that new features were first introduced in the Chinese plant, complete with the innovations and new features from the company.
Now, the Model 3 and Model Y production were first updated in Tesla's Giga Shanghai, particularly the new designs that were the basis for both electric vehicles. Teslarati reports that the new Model Y electric vehicles that are made in China are now rolling out to its online stores, complete with all the new additions from the company.
