Gmail faced another grueling issue of having its servers down after recently recovering and fixing the issues, with Google's support team recognizing the issues and apologizing to users. The issues have surfaced earlier this afternoon and are still ensuing throughout the night in the US, UK, and other countries, according to user reports.
Google's Gmail support team has acknowledged the issues and said that it would provide updates by "5:30 PM" and is looking into the problem. According to Express UK, Google said that the problem this time have users seeing "error messages, high latency, and/or unexpected behavior."
Previously, Google's Gmail faced sign-in and access issues last Monday, December 14, and it seems to have some experience the trend today, December 15. However, Google said that today's problem has some able to sign-in but unable to send messages.
Thousands of reports have swarmed Google, and users are still tweeting to the Mountain View company about the problems on its servers. Google's Gmail support team's direct response through tweets has the company saying: "Our team is aware of this issue and working on a fix. Appreciate your patience."
