Once inside, find the guard outside of the door and neck-snap that guard before walking inside. Maiko, who is currently supposed to help Judy free the Clouds, makes her personal play. For players who reduce payment, Judy will still like them. Players will then be able to access the next Side Job. This will also allow players to potentially romance her. Maiko still also becomes the boss of the Clouds. Players won't have to fight the Tyger Claws.

When players decide to ignore both and tell Maiko that she has gone too far, Judy will remain happy and Maiko will not become the boss of the Clouds. However, players will then have to kill the known Tyger Claws. Players will need to speak with Maiko shortly afterward. Make sure not to threaten her or she will then attack players and make the players have to kill her. Should this happen, Judy will be upset.
