The rumor mill is churning yet again as alleged leaked photos of the Microsoft Surface Pro 8 surfaced on the internet, and by the looks of it, tech enthusiasts are not happy with it.
Microsoft Surface Pro 8 Designs Leaked
According to a report by Tom's Guide, the alleged photos of the tech giant's 2-in-1 laptop will don a chunky bezel, much like the aesthetic of previous Surface Pro tablets, so many deem that the company hasn't really changed the design.
The photo in question shows the 12.3-inch PixelSense display with bigger bezels on all four sides, and since it's 2020, it's a sight for sore eyes-well, at least for some.
It also includes the standard kickstand design that comes with Surface Pro models.
Besides the display, the leaked photos also apparently show unchanged Type Cover keyboard designs, which may or may not be a bad thing, especially since it has received great reviews from enthusiasts back then.
Still, many are not impressed with the practically unchanged design and are disappointed that the company won't be taking the more modern design of the Surface Pro X, which has noticeably less bezel and a slimmer body.

Rumored Specs Released
Nevertheless, the leaked photos may not even be real, and if they are, the device in the leak is an engineering prototype, so a lot can still happen, and the company can still tweak a few things here and there, including the design, especially hearing people's thoughts on bezels.
The leaked photos came from Reddit user Unreliable_noob, who allegedly purchased the sample Microsoft Surface Pro 8 device that was spotted on eBay, as per WCCFTech.
By popular request, the Surface Pro 8 in all its glory! from r/Surface
Although the design hasn't been confirmed quite yet, some fans are expecting the Surface Pro 8 to come with the latest Intel Core i-7-1165G7 processor, a better graphical power thanks to the latest Xe integrated graphics accelerator, and packs 32GB of RAM with 1TB of SSD storage, according to GizmoChina.
Furthermore, the 2-in-1 laptop wouldn't feature the Thunderbolt 3 port, but it is said to come with a 50,030mWh battery, which is bigger compared to the Surface Pro 7 that only has 45,000mWh, meaning it should last much longer than its predecessor.
Then again, until Microsoft has confirmed anything, it's best to take the news with a pinch of salt.
No Official Details Yet
Microsoft hasn't mentioned any release date or the device's official specs, but followers are keeping close tabs on the company and expecting to hear something much sooner.
Many are keen to know how much they would have to spend on the tablet, but since it will be a premium device, fans who want to get their hands on it might have to pay quite a hefty sum for it, but if the specs are as great as what they say, it may be pretty well worth it.
As of now, fans can get their hands on the Microsoft Surface Pro X 2020 that starts at $999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage option.
