The growing pandemic has already paralyzed quite a few sectors, including the economic and technological sector, and Apple has only been one of the affected companies! Sadly, Apple has not been too transparent with its users as Apple evades directly confronting the problems with the iOS 13 and other features as well, Forbes report said.
The previous problem has not yet been completely resolved
According to Forbes, the previous iOS 13 problems that have irritated users took months just to fix. Unfortunately, the problems still do exist! Apple may have issued the iOS without thoroughly being able to ensure the functionality of the operating system resulting in users having to deal with problems that Apple is trying to evade.
The iOS 13 updates started getting worse. In previous reports, the tech company urged its users not to update their iOS 13, which has only caused more problems. Although updates are supposed to happen automatically, there are still options where you can choose the manual setting.
The problem with some phones is the validity of their operating system as phones can only update for a certain period of time before they become obsolete. Apple has phased out the iPhone 6 and below as an example of this statement.
Apple has not been open with the public about their existing problems
Apple has avoided confronting the public about the current problem which users are facing regarding their iOS 13. Instead of addressing the many troubled customers who were wondering what was up with the iOS, Apple has chosen to shrug it off.
Unofficial statements released in an internal memo was obtained by MacRumors stating that Apple has already warned Apple Authorized Service Providers that the iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 users should be experiencing Personal Hotspot Problems as well as cellular data performance problems while Apple is still not publically recognizing any of these problems!
The problems stretch as far as all of the iOS 13 versions as well as supported models of iPad and iPhone.
Users might end up with no phones at all
A second warning was finally released on Business Insider to address the customers who have had their iPhones in the Apple Store Worldwide. This was reportedly the first time Apple addressed the public for defective issues .

Because of the fact that Apple had closed its stores worldwide except certain places like China due to the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Apple has previously announced that users will not be able to get their phones back until the stores open once again!
The original plan was to re-open apple stores on Mar. 27, but due to the recent turn of events, it was changed to an indefinite "until further notice." Due to the change of target re-opening, Apple has ensured its users that they will look to ship the repaired devices.
