According to the YouTube Trends blog, Star Wars Battlefront II is the big winner of E3 2017 among the over 200 games featured in the annual event.
YouTube ranked the games of E3 2017 according to the number of views on their videos from June 9 to June 14, which include teasers, official trailers, and gameplay videos. Star Wars Battlefront II took first place with a total of 7.9 million views, far higher than second place Super Mario Odyssey with 5.5 million views.
Super Mario Odyssey for the Nintendo Switch, however, made a good showing, despite being announced three days after the announcement of Star Wars Battlefront II.

Star Wars Battlefront II: The Big Winner Of E3 2017
When YouTube adjusted the rankings to also include all the videos related to the titles, including media coverage and fan-uploaded reactions, Star Wars Battlefront II still came out on top, making it the undisputed winner of E3 2017.
The ranking, meanwhile, underwent a major shake-up for the rest of the top 10. Following Star Wars Battlefront II were Assassin's Creed: Origins, FIFA 18, Call of Duty: WWII, and God of War.
Making up the second half of the top 10 are Super Mario Odyssey, Spider-Man, Anthem, Need for Speed Payback and Dragon Ball Fighter Z.
It should also be noted that out of the top 10, four of the titles came from Electronic Arts' press conference, namely Star Wars Battlefront II, FIFA 18, Anthem, and Need for Speed Payback.
Star Wars Mania Continues
The results show that the popularity of Star Wars remains at unbelievable levels, intensified with the upcoming movie Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi.
Star Wars Battlefront II was first unveiled in April through a trailer that focused on the single-player campaign, a feature that was missing from its predecessor. The campaign will allow players to take control of Iden Versio, the female commander of the Imperial Special Forces unit named the Inferno Squad, for a look at the other side of the story.
Star Wars Battlefront was generally viewed as a disappoint game, so it is interesting to see how much hype its sequel has generated. Whether Electronic Arts and DICE can rebound with Star Wars Battlefront II will be known once the title launches on Nov. 17 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
