Explore 'Jurassic World's' New Attractions With This Gif Breakdown

The first trailer for Jurassic World is here, and it gives us some tantalizing glimpses into all the dinosaur-filled attractions that await park (and movie) goers next summer. Let's break it down, and see how it compares to the previous films.

Nice to see the iconic Jurassic Park gate is alive and well, and it looks like the entire park is connected by a spiffy monorail system. That should make it much easier to escape rampaging dinosaurs. I'm sure it totally won't break down as soon as the park goes to hell.

For comparison's sake, here is the original gate.

Unlike the earlier, un-opened theme parks, Jurassic World looks a little overpopulated for my tastes. A few loose velociraptors (or one escaped super dinosaur) should thin out the crowds.

Fewer lines means more tours for you! And it looks like Jurassic World has some awesome ones. Who wouldn't want to kayak down a river and pet a Stegosaurus?

Perhaps the most intriguing new attraction is the gyrosphere. What is it exactly? No clue, but it lets visitors get up close and personal with some of the park's most massive creatures.

It's still going to have a hard time holding a candle to this, though.

If you want to get a little more dangerous on your visit, you could always check out the Liopleurodon feeding arena, where Great White Sharks are for dinner. Fun fact: the entire stadium is the splash zone.

Now forget all that. What you really want is to race Velociraptors on motorcycles with Chris Pratt. Okay, so this isn't actually an attraction. But it should be! Just think of all the money it would bring in!

The raptors bear a close resemblance to those from Jurassic Park and The Lost World. No feathered dinosaurs here. Lets just hope T-Rex is on hand to unintentionally save the day.

That's all for now. We'll see you when the park opens on June 12, 2015!
