Whether or not you love or love to hate Taylor Swift's songs, there is no denying that they are catchy. While many fans might have "Blank Space" on repeat, Jon Stewart is still singing one throwback tune that started it all.
During a dry interview with MTV News for his new movie Rosewater, Stewart showed off his love for T-Swift and his karaoke skills by breaking out in song to "Tear Drops On My Guitar."
The impromptu singalong was actually fitting since The Daily Show host talked about how he finds it hard to keep up with pop culture. He touches on how pop culture has become more layered, and the older he gets, the harder it is to keep track of it.
While he probably heard that Swift's latest album "1989" dropped two weeks ago, he seems to be more of a fan of the singer's older lyrics.
A little over a minute into the interview clip, Stewart sings,"It's a teardrop on my guitar/ And something's happened, gonna eat a chocolate bar."
"It's who I am. I've had some tough relationships," Stewart dryly says of the lyrics. "It's important to have somebody who knows how it feels to be alone."
