Who Is Hosting The Golden Globes 2017?

The host of the Golden Globes 2017 is Jimmy Fallon, known for The Tonight Show and Saturday Night Live, and according to Robert Greenblatt, the chairman of NBC Entertainment, Fallon was hired to present the show because he's funny.

"This is the most spontaneous and uninhibited award show on television, and Jimmy's playful, disarming comedic brilliance makes him the ideal host to enhance and elevate the sense of fun and irreverence that's made the Golden Globes one of the premier events of the entire broadcast year," said Greenblatt.

Fallon is expected to open the show with a musical number, so it should be quite entertaining.
