Xiaomi Mi Note 2 To Be Released In October, According To Analysts

There are speculations that another product from Xiaomi will be released in October. Considering that the company has just released two new flagships, experts observe that Xiaomi is out to heighten the excitement of users and fanatics.

While this development adds hype to the company's market strategy, questions arise why the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will follow weeks after the launching of the Mi 5S and the Mi 5S Plus. Whether or not the release will actually happen remains to be seen.

Considering that the two handsets have astounding elements, it is difficult to fathom that its users are dissatisfied with each. It has been felt that both are a disappointment. However, nothing has been revealed which part of the devices had left fanatics hanging. Whatever it is, Xiaomi needs to promote the Mi Note on those aspects. If tweaks or upgrades will be installed, the need for more time will definitely rule out an October release. Still, a launching in the next few weeks indicates that Xiaomi is indeed confident about its product's features.

According to Pan Jiutang, a popular analyst based in China, Mi Note 2 will indeed be unveiled next month. Supporting his claim are some alluring details about the new device which means that a leak may have commenced. It has been known that the Note 2 will have a pressure-sensitive 5.7-inch QHD screen. The operating system running inside is the Android 7.0 Nougat.

Considering that this phablet has a variant that depicts a curved display on two sides, it is perceived that the item will try to acquire the market share lost by the disastrous release of Samsung's Galaxy Note 7.

Inside the Mi Note 2 runs the snapdragon 821 64-bit quad core processor. The unit comes with a RAM selection of 4 GB, 6 GB and 8 GB with a corresponding internal storage of 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB, respectively. It will carry a 3,600mAh battery with Qualcomm's Quick Charge 3.0 being a part of the package.

Anticipation is running high that the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will have a lower price tag at $399 compared to its Samsung, LG and HTC counterparts.

Xiaomi's Note combo will also introduce the Mi Note 2 Pro. It has a 5.5-inch surface display. The touchscreen is enhanced with the 1080p AMOLED unit. It has a 12 megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture. From this standpoint, Xiaomi may have adopted the Samsung S5K2L1 feature or Sony's IMX260 sensor. It will be powered by a 3,700mAh battery.
