'No Man's Sky' Recent Spoilers Get Fans Worried Before Official Release, But A Major Update Is Already In Tow

No Man's Sky, possibly the most anticipated Sci-Fi space adventure game in history, is only days from its release and fans have already found reasons to criticize it.

The fan base of the game is worried sick after a redditor named Daymeeuhn has claimed (with proof, nevertheless) that he was able to reach the center of the game's universe in only 20 to 30 hours of gameplay.

Reaching the center of the Universe is actually the core mission in No Man's Sky, and Sean Murray, founder of Hello Games, touts it as the game's ultimate secret. It's for that reason Daymeeuhn hasn't revealed what exactly he found.

The gamer left the evidence of the PS4 space exploration on Dailymotion, featuring a long list of spoilers and the game's opening sequence, alongside 24 minutes of solid gameplay. He also blew the whistle pertaining to a "game-breaking bug" that can help players reach the center of the game's massive universe at an unnatural high speed.

The reason why this is such a big deal is that Hello Games promised gamers that the procedurally generated deterministic open universe will immerse them in hundreds of hours of exploration until reaching its center.

The company recently announced that it has finished working on the first significant update to the game, which should tie up some loose ends inherent to releasing new games. Murray, also the creative director of the title, recently tweeted about the upcoming first big patch for No Man's Sky.

Unfortunately, Murray was vague about when the patch will land on players' systems and kept the lid tight on the specific changes in tow. There is a good chance that the update will fix the issue reported by the redditor, and gamers can expect new features that will diversify the gameplay much more than it currently is.

PlayStation also delivered an updated description of the various activities gamers can engage in-game, and explained how the four quadrants of the game, namely survival, exploration, trading and combat, are tied together.

Until the game rolls out for computer rigs and consoles as well, fans can enjoy its eerie and charming soundtrack, which was publicly available online for a while. The musicians behind it, experimental rock band 65daysofstatic, was commissioned to compose the whole music after one of its songs appeared in of No Man's Sky trailers.

Should you want to support them and purchase the soundtrack, know that it will roll out on Aug. 5.

The PS4 variant of No Man's Sky is set to hit the shelves on Aug. 9 in the United States and on Aug.10 in the United Kingdom and Europe. Global PC gamers must wait until Aug. 12 to venture in space exploration of the highest quality.

Are you as excited as we are to hop in a space vehicle and reach the center of the game's universe? Let us know in the comments section below.
