In contrast, the Acer Chromebook 14 packs better specs under its hood in comparison to the Chromebook 11.
It is crammed with a 1.6 GHz Intel Celeron quad-core processor, 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB SSD.
This 14-inch Chromebook touts a 1,920 by 1,080 pixel resolution. Its larger screen size is a boon to those who are using the laptop for carrying out certain tasks and in streaming movies.
What makes this machine even sweeter is its 12-hour battery life.
In terms of design, the Chromebook 14 seems sleeker and more elegant than the Chromebook 11, rocking an all-aluminum chassis.

Android Apps On Chrome OS
During last month's Google I/O 2016, the Mountain View-based firm announced that Android apps will soon be heading to Chrome OS through the Google Play Store.
Perhaps this news might entice consumers to buy their own Chromebooks. This also means that the unveiling of the two new Acer Chromebooks is no doubt very timely.
