Rally The Realm With 'Game Of Thrones' Clue, Risk and Monopoly Board Games

As if they haven't already seen tons of mind games played in Game of Thrones, fans can now bring their love for the hit TV show on HBO from the small screen to the table top, thanks to board games inspired by happenings involving those who seek the Iron Throne.

Available from HBO Shop, Game of Thrones Clue, Game of Thrones Risk and Game of Thrones Monopoly bring together three of the most popular board games around and the TV series for an exciting time figuring out who killed who, with what and where; coming up with strategies for conquest; and amassing properties.

All the games must be played by at least two individuals, with Clue and Risk versions adding an age restriction (which is honestly more of a suggestion really). Depending on the game chosen, different locations in Game of Thrones will be presented. For instance, Game of Thrones Clue is set in The Red Keep and Meereen, while Game of Thrones Monopoly features King's Landing, Winterfell and Castle Black.

If card games are more your thing, you can check out Game of Thrones Westeros Intrigue, also on HBO Store, or you can give Winter is Coming: The Game!, an unofficial card game made by Alex Kessler, a shot.

Game of Thrones Clue is available for $49.99, Game of Thrones Risk for $74.99, Game of Thrones Monopoly for $59.99 and Game of Thrones Westeros Intrigue for $9.95. Winter is Coming: The Game!, on the other hand, can be enjoyed for free as a download.

The idea for Game of Thrones Clue actually started out as an April Fool's Day prank last year, complete with a game board 4 feet long and 48 playable characters. Where the traditional Clue game offers 324 potential combinations of suspects, weapons and locations, ThinkGeek's Game of Thrones-inspired Clue will have had 69,120. That's a lot of deaths, which may actually be normal considering it does take inspiration from a TV show where deaths are commonplace.

Game of Thrones is currently in its sixth season.
