Fallout 4 modder and YouTube user Cosmic Contrarian is at it again with his crazy creations, and this time around, he's making 30,000 customized robots go head-to-head with the human population of the Commonwealth Wasteland.
On one side of the battle, the representatives of mankind are equipped with state-of-the-art weapons, everything they need to take down wave after wave of foes. However, despite the gears, the war isn't as easy as they hope, as the horde of Sentrybots and Assaultrons is nothing like they've seen before. In a word, they have been tricked out, fitted with fireballs, lasers and massive armor.
Needless to say, the fight is more than awesome.
To produce the clip, Cosmic Contrarian used Automatron DLC materials along with his extensive video-editing skills. Now this is arguably the hugest work he has uploaded - he even says so himself that it took a heck of a lot of effort to complete.
"This is without a doubt the best battle so far, it was a [expletive] to make but I gotta say it was well worth it," he says in the comments section of the video, giving due credit to Irving Force for providing the soundtrack.
Fallout 4 is already available across the PC, PS4 and Xbox One, with the latest add-on Far Harbor set to arrive sometime this May.
In other related news, Bethesda recently rolled out official mod support to the PC, providing the same tool the developers used to make the game - the Creation Kit.
Hit up the video to watch the madness that Cosmic Contrarian cooked up, and don't forget to grab a bucket of popcorn, as the action lasts for a good 26 minutes and 50 seconds.
