This 'Game Of Thrones' Season 6 Mega Trailer Should Get You Pretty Pumped For Sunday

There are still very few details known about the upcoming season of Game of Thrones, but with the premiere approaching this weekend, we are hoping some of our lingering questions will finally be answered.

With all the promos released, it may be hard to catch all the details or scenes that may have revealed something important regarding the plot of this season. Now fans of the series can catch up with all these clips in a Game of Thrones mashup video that combines all the season 6 promos into one dramatic trailer that is seriously the only one you need to see.

The mashup trailer was created by YouTube user ControvT, who edited together all the clips that have surfaced thus far. As a result, the finished product is a theatrical-level trailer that will certainly get you pumped for the season premiere.

The trailer starts with a shot of Jon Snow on the ground, motionless, and then takes off to dramatically showcase everything we can expect this season. This includes the scene where Daenerys is being escorted. The trailer also hints at second chances.

The big theme this season is war, something we see throughout the trailer as the Lannisters prepare for battle. But it's the war between the living and the dead that will take the forefront.

This ultimate promo mashup reveals all the main characters (although we only get that one quick look at Jon Snow), and the tempo of the music starts to increase toward the end as we see combat, dragons and even that wall of heads.

Part of the reason that this season has us on the edge of our seat already is that we only have these promos to use as we look for clues about the fate of our favorite characters.

However, HBO has thrown us a bone, revealing the synopsis to the first episode of the new season, titled "The Red Woman."

The synopsis is as follows:

"Jon Snow is dead. Daenerys meets a strong man. Cersei sees her daughter again."

"[... Survivors] from all parts of Westeros and Essos regroup to press forward, inexorably, towards their uncertain individual fates. Familiar faces will forge new alliances to bolster their strategic chances at survival, while new characters will emerge to challenge the balance of power [...]"

Game of Thrones season 6 premieres April 24 at 9 p.m. ET on HBO. Watch the only trailer you will need to prepare for the new season below.
