Who wants to play racing video games with boring cars like Porsches and Lamborghinis?
Why not hit the tracks with the classy vintage stylings of the Chryslus Rocket '69 car from the alternate pre-apocalyptic world of Fallout 4?
Fortunately, for players of racing game Forza Motorsport 6, that option will soon become available.
"With its retro-futuristic lines and performance that will take you from zero to 'whoa' in a handful of seconds, the Chryslus Rocket '69 is a unique addition to any car collection featuring a custom Forzavista experience that details its history and lets players check out its features in astonishing detail," reads the official blurb about the Fallout 4 car getting added to Forza Motorsport 6.
Developer Turn 10 Studios released a video showing off the Rocket '69 car in action in Forza Motorsport 6.
Promising speeds of up to 200 miles per hour, the Rocket '69 offers "limitless possibilities" for racers. It also just looks really cool.
All players who purchased Fallout 4 or Forza Motorsport 6 for the Xbox One will receive a code via an Xbox Live message that will allow them to add the car to their game. Codes should arrive to inboxes within the next week. For those who buy the racing game by the end of the month, codes for the Rocket '69 will show up next month. The game also recently added Fallout 4's 1956 Ford F100.
Forza Motorsport 6 launched in 2015 exclusively on the Xbox One and added new features to its racing gameplay, including weather elements that force players to adjust their driving styles. It also has a story mode with around 70 hours of gameplay. Players can drive more than 450 cars on 35 different tracks.
The title received overwhelmingly positive reviews, with critics specifically praising its weather elements addition to the gameplay.
"Like a big bucket of Hot Wheels brought to life, Forza Motorsport 6 is first-order car porn for the automobile obsessed but remains an accessible and exciting racer for those who just want to drive fast in something red with a horse logo on it," wrote IGN. "It's spinning its wheels in a few areas but what's here is undoubtedly some of the finest racing you can find on console and easily worth the upgrade from Forza 5."
