Bethesda published a walkthrough video to show off the goodies in the Fallout 4 Wasteland Workshop, but the developers who hosted the footage may have accidentally revealed more than they wanted to.
Straight off the bat, the juicy detail here is the new Barn option in the settlement workshop menu. As users point out, it's currently not a part of the Wasteland Workshop. By "currently," that means there's more or less a chance that it's a new structure coming to the game, but it may very well be scrapped or something along those lines if things don't pan out.
At this point, it's hard to make assumptions about what it exactly is. Perhaps it's a building where settlers can store their prized creatures such as a ferocious captured Deathclaw.
It's also worth mentioning that the developers featured in the video are Bethesda Senior Designer Kurt Kuhlmann and World Artist Ryan Sears, along with Global Community Lead Matt Grandstaff.
Hit up the video below to see the option for yourself. For those who doesn't have time to watch through the whole clip, the Barn option makes an appearance at around the 35:44 mark. On that note, it's a bit interesting to see how Sears sort of quickly navigated past it in an attempt to keep it under wraps, but that's just mere speculation.
Fallout 4 went official just recently, bringing in a slew of new features and things to do in the Wasteland, including an avalanche of new items. To top them all off, Survival Mode is already available in beta on the PC via Steam, but it's still unclear when it will land on the PS4 and Xbox One.
As anyone can see, details are sparse at best for now, but don't think twice about letting us know what you think it is in the comments section below.
