Twice a year, fashion's elite descend upon New York's Lincoln Center for a week of runway shows, parties and performances to celebrate all things style and beauty. Sept. 4 marks the beginning of New York Fashion Week (the other is in February every year). If you're anyone who's anyone, New York Fashion Week is going to be your new home for the next week.
