Now that Apple has officially unveiled the iPhone SE, iPhone 7 leaks are going to become the new trend. A new concept video imagines what the upcoming smartphone may look like through artistic and ambitious eyes.
In the months leading up to Apple launching its new 4-inch iPhone SE, the smartphone went through a couple name changes before its final name stuck. It was referred to as "iPhone 6c" and a leaked image showed what was supposedly the smaller iPhone with an iPhone 6s design. Images showed the new handset, which was then known as "iPhone 5se" next to an iPhone 5. Finally, Apple settled on "iPhone SE" as to not date the smartphone with a number and use what the company calls a classic design (iPhone 5s-inspired).
Initial reports claim preorders of the iPhone SE in China have already exceeded 3.4 million units ahead of its March 31 release.
As iPhone fans' attention shifts from iPhone SE leaks to details regarding Apple's next-generation flagship iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, and possibly iPhone 7 Pro with dual cameras, an artist created an iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Pro concept video.
The video was created by ConceptsiPhone and the design shows an ultrathin iPhone with no bezels on the side of the display. Its Home button can change colors based on specific notifications, it can even change images, an Apple logo and contact image are shown.
The iPhone 7 in the video imagined by the artist is using a 4K Retina display, 12-megapixel front-facing FaceTime HD camera, 20-megapixel rear camera, upgraded 3D Touch 2, and a 2 GHz octa-core processor.
Storage configurations would include 16 GB, 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB. We reported in January that Apple was reportedly planning to offer the iPhone 7 Plus in a 256 GB option, and now that it offers both iPad Pro models in a 256 GB flavor, that storage size will likely make its way to the iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus and possible iPhone 7 Pro.
