Bye Bye Bye Zombies: 'Dead 7' Trailer Shows NSYNC And Backstreet Boys Fighting Undead In The West

Fans of the '90s rival boy bands have been clamoring for a reunion concert, or even a joint tour. But no one could have ever imagined that *NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys would actually come together for a movie – where they battle with zombies in a wild west apocalypse, no less!

This is no joke. The actual movie was written by Nick Carter, the youngest member of the Backstreet Boys. He also managed to write himself into the lead role of the Z-movie flick with none other than real-life wife, Lauren Kitt Carter, as his on-screen love interest.

Carter also managed to use his '90s boyband cred to recruit other heartthrobs of teenagers past. Joining him in the movie are his former band mates, A.J. McLean and Howie Dorough. Representing *NSYNC are Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick.

But the boyband deliciousness doesn't stop there. Other boyband members joining the Zombie-killing action are Jeff Timmons from 98 Degrees, and Erik-Michael Estrada,Trevor Penick, Jacob Underwood and Dan Miller from O-Town.

Other musically inclined stars who will appear in the movie will be Shifty Shellshock, whose real name is Seth Binzer, from Crazy Town, Art Alexakis from Everclear, Jon Secada, Frenchie Davis of American Idol fame, Chloe Lattanzi (daughter of Olivia Newton-John), and the one-hit-wonder Gerardo.

The movie, “Dead 7” was directed by Danny Roew. At this point, no one even cares to know what the actual plot of the movie only that it's going to be LARGER THAN LIFE!

Airing April 1, “Dead 7” was produced for Syfy in the same vein of other B-movies like "Sharknado” and “Mega Python vs. Gatoroid,” which starred '80s songstresses Deborah Gibson and Tiffany.
