AMC's The Walking Dead returned to TV in grand fashion two weeks ago. Without delving into spoilers, the ninth episode of season six was the sort of episode that keeps Walking Dead fans coming back - but that's to be expected, seeing as it was the show's big midseason premiere. After that, most fans would expect the show to fall into its usual rhythm, and the season's tenth episode was was perfect example - it was a good episode, there's no denying that, but it wasn't exactly filled with earth-shattering revelations.
It's starting to look like this week's episode, titled 'Knots Untie', will essentially act as the second half of last week's show. All things considered, it's no surprise that Rick and Jesus aren't getting along - but the big question is, can 'Knots Untie' possibly hold up to the already-high standard set by the rest of season six so far?
Without seeing the episode, there's no way of knowing just yet - but a pair of new teasers straight from AMC seem to be hinting at some major developments in next week's episode....
The first teaser (somewhat predictably) focuses on the relationship between Rick and 'Jesus', the stowaway survivor that made his debut in last week's episode. For anyone who's been watching the show over the years, the teaser will be immediately familiar: most of the footage shown is either walking or someone being held at gunpoint. It makes sense, given what happened this past week, and a few of Jesus' lines are intriguing, but it won't exactly blow people's minds.
The second teaser, on the other hand, is pretty straightforward - and it's hinting at something big for Sasha and Abraham:
First things first: Sasha is a terrible liar.
Secondly, it's pretty clear that Sasha won't be sticking around for much longer. It makes sense that she'd want to leave the group (the last few episodes haven't exactly been easy for her), but most would think that Abraham would act as something of an anchor. Sadly, that doesn't seem to be the case ... that being said, these kind of break-ups typically go one of two ways: either Sasha returns to the group, or she won't be among the living for much longer.
As always, the only way to figure out what happens next is to watch the show: the next episode of The Walking Dead, 'Knots Untie', is set to air on Feb. 28.
