For the iPad Air 2, the 16 GB Wi-Fi model has its price reduced from $499.99 to $399.99, the 64 GB Wi-Fi model has a new price of $499.99 from the previous price of $599.99, and the 128 GB Wi-Fi model is now sold for $599.99 from the price of $699.99
For the iPad mini 4, the 16 GB Wi-Fi model now has a price of $299.99 compared to the original price of $399.99, the 64 GB Wi-Fi model is now sold for $399.99 from $499.99, and the 128 GB Wi-Fi model is now priced at $499.99 from the previous price of $599.99.
The Best Buy offers do not include Wi-Fi + Cellular models, but cover all three color options of gold, silver and space gray for the tablets. The devices offered in the deals are also notably brand new ones and not refurbished.
Customers that purchase the discounted iPads will also be treated to a free bonus item, namely a six-month subscription to Trend Micro's Titanium Internet Security software. The software will be able to provide protection for up to three devices, with any combination of mobile devices and computers on various operating systems and platforms.
Getting a $100 discount on the purchase of a brand new iPad Air 2 or iPad mini 4 is a good deal, and so users looking to purchase a tablet should definitely take advantage of the offer. There is no indication how long the discounted prices will last though, so customers should not think about it too long.
