Get Hyped For 'Street Fighter V' With The Game's Full Length Cinematic Trailer

The latest entry in Capcom's long-running Street Fighter franchise will soon arrive for PlayStation 4 and PC, and when it does, it will come with a number of brand new characters to the series.

A new stylish, cinematic trailer highlights several of them, as well as many of the returning favorites that will be duking it out in Street Fighter V.

The trailer kicks off with franchise villain M. Bison looking as intimidating as ever before it begins showing various fighters from around the world like Ken, Chun-Li and Cammy all preparing for battle.

Posterboy Ryu then steals the show briefly before fans get a look at the resurrected Nash. Why is he in a stone sarcophagus? Yes, he is coming back to life, but this makes the character seem life a vampire returning to the world of the living after a decade long sleep.

Regardless, Nash isn't happy and he's going after Bison to get his revenge. Soon the trailer is a flurry of punches, kicks and special attacks as various characters become locked in battle, with Ryu facing off against the new dreadlock sporting baddie Necalli. It looks like Ryu may even have a darker side that fans haven't yet seen before. Dark Ryu confirmed?

It's a cool trailer that should get fans talking. It also features some great music, as is Street Fighter's long-held tradition. You can watch the three minute hype-video below.

Street Fighter V arrives on PS4 and PC on February 16.
