Google just made its "I'm Feeling Curious" search feature better for iOS users.
Tech Crunch is reporting that iOS users can trigger Google's random trivia search by pressing hard on its app icon using 3D Touch.
This introduction marks a sharp contrast from when iOS users had to actually type "I'm Feeling Curious" into the search function to use that same feature on the Google app last year.
Now, a 3D Touch option button appears via the Google app icon, making it that much easier to press down on it and use the fun feature. The only drawback is the new wrinkle only works on iPhone 6s and the 6s Plus smartphones since it involves 3D Touch.
For those iOS users who have either smartphone, simply press the button and you'll be hit with a completely random question generated by Google with a link to the source in case you're yearning to know more about whatever topic or subject pops up. The random trivia generated ranges from everything from pop culture to science, to history and sports.
After using the "I'm Feeling Curious" 3D Touch-enabled trivia button once, you can keep playing the Trivial Pursuit-type game by selecting "ask another question," even taking it as far as to play with others or get your friends to ask you questions.
Or you could get back to work.
