Withings offers a slew of premium consumer health care products. The Go isn’t one of them — but, then, what do expect for $69, right?
Alongside that cool new thermometer (how often do you say those words?), Withings is showing off a new activity tracker at this year’s CES, which manages to set itself apart from the pack with a retail price under $70.
The Go is a pendant with an e-ink screen that displays step count, distance, sleep functionality, and activities like running and swimming that are generally relegated to higher-end trackers. It can be worn on the wrist, but is made to be clipped to belts, pockets or clothing. Best of all, thanks to that low-energy display, the company says the tracker can run up to eight months on a single watch battery.
The Go is compatible with the company’s Health Mate iOS and Android apps and is set launch in the first quarter of this year.
