Star Wars: The Force Awakens has given fans plenty to chew on for the next few years, but it's nonetheless going to be a long wait until Star Wars Episode VIII. Thankfully, we'll have the Emo Kylo Ren Twitter account to keep us entertained in the meantime.
Spoilers below!
Turn back now!
Last chance!
If you've seen the movie, you know Kylo Ren is a little ... whiny. He has frequent temper tantrums, feels entitled, has serious daddy issues and puts his dead grandfather, Darth Vader, quite literally on a pedestal. In other words, he's a pretty good Sith in training, wishing to kill the remaining "light" within himself so he can become as strong as Vader before him.
All of those things make for perfect parody material, and the Emo Kylo Ren account delivers in spades. You may have noticed that Ren and General Hux share a rivalry in the film, as both seek the approval of Supreme Leader Snoke. That rivalry comes out in the parody account brilliantly, as the account constantly tweets about training to become a better wielder of the Dark Side and begrudgingly friending Hux.
