It's been a tough year for World Wrestling Entertainment, having lost Hall of Famer Rowdy Roddy Piper and Dusty Rhodes.
But legends never truly die ... especially WWE Legends. On Tuesday, WWE 2K16 unleashed its Legends Pack trailer, featuring the Rowdy one and The American Dream.
And they're not the only fallen Legends included in the add-on. That's because the feature also shows the late Big Boss Man and Mr. Perfect as well. The short clip also features former WWE Divas Lita and Trish Stratus. All Superstars are available for use in the title, as long as gamers have a season pass or download the Legends Pack.
Watching this short trailer is bound to serve as a stroll through memory lane for longtime WWE fans and gamers alike.
From Piper's antics and interaction with the crowd as he saunters to the ring and his classic sleeper-hold and bulldog moves to Rhodes' yellow and black polka-dot look and dance moves.
The trailer also captures Boss Man and Mr. Perfect taking care of business in their respective matches in addition to crowd-pleasing, high-flying moves from Stratus and Lita.
What's also interesting is about this trailer is the equally legendary opponents that the Legends are battling as well. For example, Piper locks Ravishing Rick Rude in the sleeper hold, while Boss Man pummels Honky Tonk Man and Perfect drops Bret Hart in the Perfect Plex.
Pretty cool to see and something that's sure to breathe and extend life in WWE 2K16 for gamers to enjoy through the holidays.
