Bandai Namco Sending 'Tales Of Berseria,' 'God Eater' And More To North America

Bandai Namco, the studio behind massively popular franchises Tekken and Dark Souls, is sending a host of anime-inspired video games to North America next year.

Earlier in December at PlayStation Experience, Bandai Namco announced Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom and Ace Combat 7 for the PlayStation 4. It would seem that the studio has many more in store for its fans in North America in 2016.

A post on the official PlayStation blog revealed several titles that Bandai Namco will be releasing in North America next year.

Tales of Berseria (PlayStation 4, PC)

Tales of Berseria is an all-new adventure in the long-running Tales series that features Velvet, a young woman whose gentle nature was replaced with hatred and anger after a harrowing experience left her scarred three years before the events of the game. Players will be able to utilize Velvet's left hand, which has special demonic powers.

God Eater: Resurrection and God Eater 2: Rage Burst (PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, PC)

The two God Eater titles are set in the future, when unknown life forms known as Oracle Cells have started to consume all the life on the planet. The Oracle Cells brought rise to monsters known as the Aragami, and it is up to elite hunters known as the God Eaters to take them down and save humanity from extinction. God Eater works in a similar vein to the Monster Hunter action RPG franchise, but with an apocalyptic future setting. God Eater: Resurrection is a remake of Gods Eater Burst, the first game in the series that was released for the PlayStation Portable in North America in 2011.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven (PlayStation 4)

From CyberConnect2, the creators of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle and the popular Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm titles, comes JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven, a two-on-two brawler that features characters from the anime and manga series of the same name.

Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme Vs. Force (PlayStation Vita)

In Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme Vs. Force, gamers take command of legendary Mobile Suits to accomplish missions from scenarios in the Mobile Suit Gundam anime series. Gameplay varies from two-on-two combat to larger team battles.
