UFC fighter Ronda Rousey is not only a sports superstar, she's also a giant nerd. She likes Dragon Ball Z, Pokemon and World of Warcraft, and has never once been shy about it.
As it turns out, developer Blizzard is a fan of hers as well, as it looks like it has snuck Rousey into World of Warcraft's upcoming expansion in the form of an Easter egg. YouTube channel Blizzplanet is enjoying access to World of Warcraft: Legion's alpha and has done a round-up of "celebrity" NPC characters it's found in the game so far, with a character named "Rhonda" appearing prominently around the game's Monk class hall.
Even though Ronda has gone on record to say she enjoys playing a Night-elf Hunter, Blizzard's Rhonda is a human monk who happens to be a master of the fighting style San Soo (whatever that means). She can be found in-game training with a spear against a dummy. The character doesn't look a whole lot like Rousey in real life, but we'll cut Blizzard some slack. World of Warcraft is more than 10 years old, after all.
Also making an appearance is a World of Warcraft version of Mila Kunis, another well-known celebrity who has adventured in Blizzard's virtual world of Azeroth. In World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor, Mina Kunis (get it?) is a human monk who was available as a garrison follower. Looks like she is returning for the new expansion, this time in a new location.
