Humble Bundle regularly releases, as the name implies, bundles of video games. These can range in popularity and significance, but the online retailer's latest is perhaps also its greatest: the Humble NeoGeo 25th Anniversary Bundle includes a number of "exclusive debuts" of games like Twinkle Star Sprites which hadn't previously been available on PC.
As usual with Humble Bundle, er, bundles, it's a pay-what-you-want deal with certain tiers unlocked for specific milestones. As of this writing, dropping any amount of cash nets the likes of King of the Monsters, Metal Slug 2, and more, while paying more than $9.49 unlocks the first tier of extra games. It goes on from there for an additional game-based tier at $10, and $40 gets purchasers a special T-shirt.
Beyond the fact that the bundle's celebrating SNK classics and NeoGeo's 25th anniversary, and the noteworthy inclusion of several games for their first time for Windows, Mac, and Linux, the final feather in the hat of this sale is that a number of titles can also be played in either a Firefox or Chrome web browser. Even better? Most controllers should work in Chrome, so there's that too.
