'GTA Online' Gets Tough New Adversary Mode: Every Bullet Counts, So Get Ready

Rockstar has added a new game mode to Grand Theft Auto Online called Every Bullet Counts. It's a free-for-all mode with limited ammunition, so it should make for some interesting playtime.

In this mode, GTA players will have no choice but to play with a tactical mind in order to conserve ammunitions as they move to destroy their enemies. In Every Bullet Counts, four players will battle within a specific space, and they are all equipped with a single pistol and two bullets.

"Tooth and claw is the order of the day, as this Free-For-All mode demands specific skills of its participants including marksmanship, stealth and timing," says Rockstar.

If a player is out of bullets, he or she will be forced to use melee attacks. Furthermore, the developer knows that some players might use this mode to camp, so with this in mind, Rockstar will show the location of a player who stays put in one place.

To avoid being tagged as a camper or a lurker, players should move around at least every five seconds. Anyone who is still for too long will be exposed on the map and consequently gets increased chance of becoming an easy target.

When it comes down to locations, the new mode brings places such as the Tequi-la-la nightclub and Michael's Rockford Hills mansion. Rockstar is also making it easier for players to jump in and play. It has created a playlist with all four maps that let each be accessed one after the other with just one button.

We've seen gameplay of this mode in action, and we have to say, it doesn't look that interesting. With only four players in every match, it doesn't take long for a single round to be over. It's all over and done in just a few minutes, which is quite short for a game mode.

The gameplay also shows a player camping in a position for too long, and right on the map, his location was shown, so it does work.
