ZTE has launched a number of smartphones in 2015 and the leaked renders of the Nubia Z11 suggest that the company is already on the tracks for unveiling its first handset of 2016.
Leaked renders of an upcoming ZTE mobile phone dubbed Z11 have emerged online. The images show that the device will not have side-bezels. The rumored phone will not have a curved display but the screen will be extended to the sides. Rumors claim that ZTE will use arc Refractive Conduction (aRC) technology in the Nubia Z11, which will hide the screen edges.
The leaked renders that were posted by Chinese publication CNBeta display the Nubia Z11 from various angles. If the renders are legit then the Nubia Z11 will have a fingerprint scanner at the back, just under the camera's flash.
Previous rumors point out that the Nubia Z11 will sport a 5.2-inch display with 2,560 x 1,440 pixels resolution. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and 4GB of RAM are expected to run the ZTE offering. The same Qualcomm processor is also expected to be used in the next-generation Samsung Galaxy S7.
The Nubia Z11 is speculated to get 128GB of internal storage. The Nubia Z9 does not have a microSD card that can be used to expand the memory, so it is hoped that the new smartphone will get a microSD card slot for more storage.
The phone is said to include a 20.7MP primary camera with a dual-tone LED flash. The handset will also include a 13MP selfie camera.
The Nubia Z11 is rumored to come preinstalled with Android 6.0 Marshmallow, which means customers can experience the latest Android operating system without waiting for an update.
The price and availability of the Nubia Z11 remain unknown. However, customers should expect that the Nubia Z11 will be similarly priced as the Nubia Z9.
ZTE has not revealed any information about the Nubia Z11, so all rumors regarding the next-generation ZTE smartphone should be taken with a pinch of salt.
