Crafting a settlement in Fallout 4 isn't exactly easy. It requires lots of time, resources and adapting to a fairly steep learning curve.
Bethesda doesn't hold your hand when it comes to teaching you about the various systems needed to make a Wasteland metropolis, but that hasn't stopped one gamer from blowing us away with his incredible creation.
Reddit user striker8807 uploaded more than a dozen screen shots of his Fallout 4 settlement, and it's a sight to behold. He used the starting settlement of Sanctuary for the location, but this beacon of progress looks far different from the scrap heaps that most players call home.
Massive gates and walls protect the outside of the settlement, while lights make sure this city on a hill can be seen from miles around. A giant, multiple-story structure houses many of the settlement's residents and comes equipped with functioning televisions. There is even a tree deck, Ewok-style.
Then, for reasons unknown, there is a giant light-up eight-bit Wolverine. Maybe it is to scare off pesky raiders?
striker8807 says it took more than 40 hours to plan and then build the entire settlement, with the Wolverine light taking up eight to 10 hours by itself. It's still a work in progress too, with striker8807 planning on adding more to the already-impressive creation.
If you're wondering how he found all the resources to do this, striker8807 says he is playing on PC and simply enabled unlimited resources. Some may call it cheating, but we'll call it a work of art.
