As the world sees an increasing number of people interested in highly advanced products in the technology industry, it's no wonder why more and more inventors and entrepreneurs alike are becoming interested to come up with their own unique offers.
A great place to start in finding something uniquely new is Kickstarter which does not only provide a platform for budding inventors to launch their products but also allow potential customers to contribute to the success while also enjoying a few perks and rewards.
Here are just some of the Kickstarter projects that are too good to be missed.
HUDWAY Glass. The HUDWAY glass is a universal accessory for the car which works with a smartphone that instantly becomes the vehicle's head-up display (HUD). The project aims to bring comfort and safety to drivers worldwide as it promises a non-distracting driving experience. The accessory is particularly more helpful when navigating on low visibility conditions along rural or remote streets. The pledge amount ranges from $1 to $10,000 with delivery estimated to begin in March 2016.
UsBidi. UsBidi is a charger that promises to deliver reliability, battery saving and time saving capabilities, and tangle free charging experience that our phones and tablets rightfully deserved. Touted as the most intelligent charger, it does not only increase the charging speed by up to two times but also shuts off power automatically and completely. In other words, you don't even need to unplug it once your device becomes fully charged. It is available in MFi certified Lightening and Micro USB versions for Apple and Android devices respectively. The pledge amount ranges from $1 to $1,150 with estimated delivery scheduled in February 2016.
BeeLine. Made for bikers, the BeeLine is a handlebar-mounted device that is designed to help riders find their way while on a bike. It works by simply pointing out the general direction to one's destination and indicating the distance ahead. In other words, it's similar to a compass which is smart enough to know where the rider intends to go and then points to that direction as opposed to merely pointing northward. Interested backers can pledge from $1.50 to $7,660 and expect to have their BeeLine delivered by August 2016.
Gest. The creators of Gest believe that the world will one day be free from keyboard and mouse as people can simply do their computing just by using their hands (with a little imagination). As Kickstarter has described it, "Gest lets you work with your hands in a more intuitive way." Switch between apps just by twitching your finger. Point at your screen to move the mouse around. Twist your palm to adjust sliders in Photoshop. Rotate a 3D object by literally grabbing it and rotating your hand. You don't have to think about what you're doing, just do it." The pledge amount begins at $5 and can reach up to $5,000 or more. Shipping is scheduled to begin in November 2016.
NEO. NEO is touted as the world's most powerful friction free Bikelight and has now reached $34,506 of pledged amount out of the initial goal of $60,000. It promises no batteries, no friction and no extra magnets - "just cool and easy mountable Scandinavian design based on 100% magnetic energy." NEO's creators wanted to create a uniquely designed Bikelight that is not only simple and intuitive but is also easy to mount and more convenient to use. Interested backers can start their pledges from $3 which can go as high as $720 or more. Delivery is estimated to begin in December 2015.
