Watch This Playground King Kick A Soccer Ball Straight Into A Drone

Scoring a goal in soccer is a little harder than scoring points in a lot of other sports. Kicking a soccer ball right into a flying drone, however, is on another level entirely.

The feat was achieved recently, however, by a soccer player from Rosmini College in New Zealand, who can be seen in a video kicking the ball right into the drone. The drone itself was a DJI Phantom 3 that was being flown above the field by a New Zealand video team called KOR Creative.

"Working with kids has its consequences," said the KOR Creative team in a blog post accompanying the video. According to the company, the drone plummeted to the ground, however, it was not damaged and did not hit any of the kids playing in the field below.

Of course, this is simply one of the dangers of operating drones, and drones can be taken down by all sorts of flying objects.

While the kid who did it is now king of the playground, the real question is whether or not he did it on purpose or if he just happened to be kicking a ball when a random drone flew by and stopped the ball from scoring a goal. Check out the video of the momentous event below.
