Toyota unveiled its most technologically advanced vehicle this week, the TS040 hybrid race car that it plans to enter into the 24 hours of Le Mans race this year. Also making news, albeit for the wrong reason, were Nissan and Tesla which are dealing with problems in several of their cars.
