Former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer told a group of British business students that he would like another chance to get the mobile phone market right. In an interview at Oxford, Ballmer said Microsoft managed more hits than misses during his tenure and he believes the recent Nokia purchase will be a huge plus.
