Floyd Mayweather Jr. changes multi-million-dollar cars, like everyday people change clothes.
But now, the world's highest-paid athlete is even finding a way to outdo himself. Multiple reports point to the undefeated boxing champion closing in on purchasing the ultra rare $4.8 million Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita. How rare is it? Well, it's one of three available worldwide.
The Trevita is described as a "diamond on wheels" on Koenigsegg's website.
A combination of power, perfection and uniqueness set to a top speed of a mind-numbing 254 mph and 0-62 mph rate of 2.9 seconds, the CCXR Trevita is absolutely breathtaking.
"When sunlight hits the Trevita, it sparkles like millions of small white diamonds infused inside the visible carbon fiber weave bodywork," part of the description on the manufacturer's website reads.
It includes a double carbon rear wing and hydraulic lifting system that a brash Mayweather would relish driving...or being driven in. Definitely being seen it.
Hilariously, when checking out the performance specs, fuel consumption is left blank. Yeah...well...chances are if you're going to plop $4.8 million for a supercar like this, you're not worried about the cost of the gas it takes to power it. We bet fuel is the last thing "Money" Mayweather is thinking about here. We also love the lateral G-force stat of 1.5 G that comes with this monster. The CCXR also sports a power output of an unbelievablly-insane brake horsepower of 1,018 at 7,000 rotations per minute.
Crown jewel in the champ's car collection for sure.
